Attorney Hsiang is a Chinese-English bilingual attorney specializing in immigration, civil litigation, business & commercial transactions, consumer protection, and landlord-tenant disputes. He has litigated civil cases involving commercial disputes, real estate interests, contractual breach, involuntary dissolution, and consumer fraud.

Attorney Hsiang has 14 years’ experience in assisting entrepreneurs, executives, and managers with business-related legal services to establish new businesses in the Silicon Valley and beyond, to operate and expand businesses in compliance with laws, and to retain global talents.

Attorney Hsiang received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Finance (summa cum laude) from Boston College, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. He is admitted to the State Bar of California.

Greg Groeneveld

Greg Groeneveld has been practicing law in California for over 28 years in a variety of areas in both the state and federal courts. His focus has been on trials and arbitrations and he has wide experience in judgment enforcement, and business disputes.

Greg has been Lead Trial Counsel in over 25 jury trials and represented clients in more than 100 arbitrations. Greg graduated from the Columbia University School of Law (where he was a Stone Scholar) and has a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University. He also has a BBA in Accounting.

Attorney Chen firmly believes that Justice Delayed is Justice Denied. She delivers her legal expertise to ensure her clients receive premium legal services in a cost-effective and highly-efficient manner. Attorney Chen provides legal consultation to scientists, engineers, artists, and athletes on employment-based immigrant visa petitions, and assists entrepreneurs in establishing startups and family-owned businesses all around the San Francisco Bay Area.

Attorney Chen also draws upon her expertise to help clients achieve family reunion because she knows that family comes first. Attorney Chen is a graduate of Fudan University School of Law and University of California Hastings College of the Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of California, and is an 8-year member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Keri Teramae

As a fourth generation Japanese-American, Keri was born and raised in Hawaii. Thereafter, she moved to San Francisco to attend the University of San Francisco where she received her BA in Politics with a double minor in Media Studies and Legal Studies.

Keri is currently a rising 3L at UC Law SF. Before attending the law school, she worked at Hsiang Law Group, PC, and has more than two years of legal experience in immigration law. Keri returned as a legal intern this summer, helping attorneys with civil litigation cases. Keri would like to apply what she learned at school and from work to help clients with their legal needs.
Jenny-Lu

Jenny Lu

Jenny Lu is a Paralegal with the firm and assists the attorneys in civil litigation and immigration matters. Prior to joining Hsiang Law Group, PC, she worked as a Legal Assistant for an immigration practitioner for two years, where she provided effective legal administrative support and gained experience working on a variety of immigration cases (H-1B, H-1B RFEs, PERM, I-485, etc.).

As a second-generation immigrant born in Canada, Jenny became familiar with immigration law first-hand from her family’s experiences and eventual Canadian and U.S. naturalization. She graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of British Columbia in Canada. In 2021, she obtained her ABA-approved post-baccalaureate paralegal certificate from De Anza College.
